  • No Responsibility/Liability for any damage caused by this software - sorry, but Im not charging for it. I will however try to help you as much as I can if something does go wrong. PLEASE if you are worried backup your contacts/email before running the application
  • This software is provided As Is without warranty - If you have any issues I will do my best to help you but can't promise anything!
  • This software uses adverts but does not transmit any data to me. Your privicy is very important to me. I do however use Google Analytics on the advert page which is served up - this lets me know how popular the application is within different regions, and is used for no other purpose. I store no uniquely identifying infomation about you (including your IP address) - and therefore have nothing to sell.
  • You may not host this software and/or distribute it without prior permission from me.
  • You may not decompile/deconstruct any portion of this software
  • I reserve the right to change this T&C, this will be done in association with a software update to allow you a chance to view the new conditions. (This is not likely to happen though, just in case;-D)
